Commken was contracted by Agmond International to build the capacity of Maasai Mara University senior staff with skills in crisis management and build their crisis management process. There was:
- Lack of crisis management.
- Senior staff was not well equipped to anticipate, handle and manage a crisis.
What did we do:
- We trained senior staff on how to anticipate, handle and manage a crisis to its logical conclusion.
- We developed a risk management framework.
- We developed a comprehensive crisis management policy.
- The university now has a well trained senior staff capable of managing a crisis to its logical conclusion.
- The university now has a well developed crisis management toolbox.
- The university now has a well trained crisis communication team.
